Training ResultsOur workouts change every day. In 6 months, our members have never completed the same workout (even those attending 4-5 times a week!). We run 6-7 sessions a day, Monday to Friday – 3 in the morning, and 3-4 in the evening. Plus, we run an additional 2 sessions on Saturday mornings.

The sessions are designed to cover a variety of different movements that combine whole-body training. We combine elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength training and cardiovascular, which involves every single muscle group, and helps you to improve every aspect of your fitness.

And we continuously monitor your technique and provide feedback to ensure it’s correct, safe and efficient.
