Our 11 Step Guarantee to Training Results

  1. Evaluate Your Current Situation: We want to know your training history, current fitness level, your level of flexibility and range of movement, as well as nutrition and any special training requirements.

  2. Set Personal Goals

  3. Set Personal Goals: Like everything in life our goals are what drive and motivate us to succeed. We want to know what is going to motivate you and why they are important to you.

  4. Correct Technique: Poor technique is a primary reason why people don’t achieve the results they’re after. We focus on ensuring you’re using the correct technique, so you train safely and progress accordingly.

  5. Variety is Critical: People who are serious about their training respond better to a dynamic program that constantly changes. Our workouts change every day. In 6 months our members have never completed the same workout twice.

  6. Measure Every Session: Tracking results is paramount for progression in performance, so you post your results on the website after every session so you can measure how far you have come.

  7. Review Your Progress: It’s important to continually assess and modify your goals, so we review your goals and progress every 3 months.

  8. Teamwork: We encourage interaction between members so that everyone knows each other and it’s a friendly welcoming environment. We find it’s always easier to push through a session with a friend to help motivate and support you.

  9. Have Fun: It’s easy to get de-motivated if you’re not having some fun along the way. We train hard but we make sure you have some fun in the process.

  10. Work to a Deadline

  11. Work to a Deadline: It’s difficult to maintain momentum without a deadline, so we hold members-only Games Days every 7 weeks. They’re a great way to put your new skills to the test and gauge your progression.

  12. Education: We hold Information Seminars every 4-6 weeks to help complement our member’s training.

  13. Personal Support: We’re in contact with you away from the gym, checking on how you’re feeling after a particular workout, or seeing how you’re enjoying the sessions in general
