Assessment

The first step in becoming a part of CrossFit Athletic is that you undergo an assessment with one of our trainers. All newcomers to our program must undertake an assessment BEFORE starting any of our programs. This is a 45min consultation with a coach that will involve a needs analysis, movement screening and postural assessment to determine what direction you will need to takeeither the “On Ramp” or “I AM CrossFit” pathway. Anyone with previous CrossFit experience can jump straight onto the class.
