We allocate 1 hour for each group session:
- 15 minute warm-up and skill-based drills
- 30 minute workout
- 15-minutes cool down and rehabilitation techniques
CrossFit Classes on Tuesday and Thursday, there are 2 workouts programmed, depending on your experience and skill level. Level 1 is tailored for the beginners and intermediate clients, whereas Level 2 is tailored for the advanced CrossFitters who are looking to compete. We always have 2 trainers on for each class.
Olympic Weightlifting Classes will run in conjunction with the normal CrossFit Class. You will work to a program and have a trainer to coach you. These sessions are designed for those people who are looking to compete, or anyone who is looking to improve their lifting technique.
Please note the gym is open during the day for Personal Training to be scheduled
