WOD: Friday 19.01.12

Coach Kim Pedersen in WOD 1 of the OPT Construction series. 6 months a go Kim got a PB of a 100kg Clean and jerk so to knock 15 out at 93kg with 15 muscle ups thrown in for fun is very impressive.

A. 4 options – For time

50 HSPU for time – No Kipping

40 KSPU for time – No Kipping

30 HSPU for time – No Kipping

6 x 4-5 DB strict press rest 2 – 3 mintues between each

B. 5 Rounds

15m Burpee Broad jump sprint 150m rest 90 secs
