100 or 150 Wall Ball – Max 10/6kg
75 Box Jumps – can be done with partners either side of the box so alternating reps
50 or 100 Pull ups or Ring Rows
1km or 1500m Row
50 – 100 Push ups or push ups on a box
75 Lunges
100 – 150 Double unders
