Getting Started

  • Assessment

    At CrossFit Athletic, our starting point is a Fitness Assessment. Here we have the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about you and your goals and gain a better understanding of your flexibility, mobility, fitness and strength.

    On-Ramp Program

    During our On-Ramp Program, you receive expert coaching across all CrossFit movements and an understanding of our programming and other key areas and how this will assist you in achieving your goals.

  • CrossFit Classes

    Our CrossFit Classes are the next step in your fitness journey. We run a variety of programs that help you develop life-long fitness, allowing for progression in conditioning, skills and strength.

These include:
3 Week CrossFit Athletic On-Ramp Program
Personal Training (either Lifestyle Coaching and/or Specific Skills Classes)
CrossFit classes (if proficient in the foundation CrossFit Movements)

Our Coaches

Our coaches come from a foundation of experience, knowledge and true client care, which we deliver through effective program design, innovative educational seminars and individually tailored options. Coming from a personal training background, we believe in constantly developing our clients strength and conditioning with an emphasis on safety and bio-mechanical function. Many of our coaches come from a background in Sports and Exercise Science, holding additional qualifications and specialisations in areas such as Weightlifting, Mobility and Nutrition. They are passionate about helping others and are experienced with all types of athletes.
