The CrossFit Athletic Beginners’ Program is designed for anyone looking to join the CrossFit Class program, whether new to exercise, train once in a while, or are an advanced athletes in other disciplines. The course is designed to make you technically sound across all CrossFit movements, a pre requisite for joining our Classes.
During our Beginners’ Program, you receive expert coaching across all CrossFit movements and a complete understanding of our programming and how this will assist you in achieving your goals. We also cover on other key areas such as nutrition, recovery, mobility and progressions and we will work with you on corrective exercises to increase mobility and joint stabilisation.
Completing the Beginners’ Program means you will be able to join our Classes with better body awareness, technique, and importantly, know your strengths and limitations. And as a bonus, you get to spend some time with other like-minded people that are just beginning their CrossFit training.
Our Beginner Program is included in your first month’s membership and numbers are limited.
