Have you enrolled for an Endurance Race? Are you lost for training ideas? Is it a long distance for you to run and you’re not sure how to train for it?
The Endurance Bootcamp is designed to strengthen all aspects of your fitness. The program will involve trail runs, soft sand runs with swims, monkey bar skills, kettlebell conditioning, battle ropes and much more specific training to have you in peak condition come your event. Sessions will often involve tasks or a set distance to run as a team, and you will have to complete a few challenges along the way. Come and join the experienced coaching team at CrossFit Athletic every Saturday morning at 6am to get you in the best condition possible.
The Endurance Bootcamp will be held in a different location each week throughout the Northern Beaches. The program will be constantly varied, utilising the best of what the terrain of the Northern Beaches has to offer.
