Reduce Run and Row to scale
2 Rounds
800m Medball Run – Alternate as you wish
50 Alternating Box Jumps or step ups – step down
40 Synchro reverse Lunges – 1 person holds a 45/25# Plate overhead – alternate as you wish
30 Synchro Burpees – High five at the top of the burpee
20 Synchro T2B or Hanging Knee tucks
1km Row – Partner holds a Plank
