Feel like you need that extra accountability? Training as hard as ever but not getting the results that you desire? Are you lost when you look at the menu of a restaurant and don’t know what to order? The CrossFit Athletic Lifestyle Coaching offers you support, education and most important of all accountability. The Lifestyle coach will address the individual needs of the client and work together with them to achieve their desired goals. An initial consultation will be conducted where skin folds will be taken and goals outlined. From there your coach will meet with you face to face or via email providing feedback, and arming you with tools to progress you forward.
Whats included in this program:
- Support and guidance from your coach via email and phone contact
- Nutritional advice and specific programming tailored to your goals
- Regular Body Fat Testing to enure your on track to achieving your goals
- Before and After photos
How it Works
Each Person will be required to photograph all meals and send them to your trainer. The trainer will make contact every 2-3 days with feedback on what you are doing. Overtime changes will be implemented until you are nourishing your body properly and achieving your goals.
