Met Con Program
The Met Con program (Metabolic Conditioning) is a high intensity, boot-camp style, cardio burn! We are leaving out the heavy weightlifting, and going back to the old school. Gymnastics, intervals and heavy breathing! Just like our Wednesday session, but 4 days per week!
So if you are looking for class to get your sweat on, then look no further!
To get started, we will be offering the Met Con class on the following days and times:
Mon: 5.45am and 6.15pm
Wed: all day
Fri: 5.45am and 5.15pm
What you will receive:
- Structured and progressive weights and conditioning, with training like a female in mind
- Structured lifestyle programming
- Coached group classes, so your technique is ensured
- Coached Yoga classes
- Coached outdoor conditioning sessions
- Seminars around nutrition, relaxation, hormonal changes, managing stress and more (some additional costs may apply)
- Initial skin folding (Optional)
