Met Con Program
The Met Con program (Metabolic Conditioning) is a high intensity, boot-camp style, cardio burn! We are leaving out the heavy weightlifting, and going back to the old school. Gymnastics, intervals and heavy breathing! Just like our Wednesday session, but 4 days per week!
So if you are looking for a class to get your sweat on, then look no further!
To get started, we will be offering the Met Con class on the following days and times:
Mon: 5.45am and 6.00pm
Wed: all day
Thurs: 5.45am and 6.00pm
