There are a number of reasons for choosing personal training over our group training sessions:
Your goals are specific, such as preparing for a particular competitive event
- You’re overweight
- You have no previous exercise experience and have been largely sedentary
- You have considerable biomechanical issues, or you’re injured
- You prefer the privacy, personal attention and additional accountability of one-on-one training
You’ll receive one-on-one personal attention, along with nutritional advice and a tailored program to achieve your specific goals. You’ll have access to the gym to complete your program, and you can still access our regular group sessions if you’d like to get involved.
